Shipping Policy

Snow Dental ships across the United Kingdom and selected European destinations from our warehouse in Nottingham. Standard UK orders are dispatched within one working day and typically arrive within 2–4 working days at no extra cost. Express UK delivery is available at checkout and is collected by our courier on the same day for orders placed before 14:00. European orders to our supported markets (currently Spain) are sent by tracked courier and usually arrive within 3–7 working days, with both free and express options at checkout. Bulky items such as skis and snowboards travel in protective oversized packaging, which may affect the courier we use, but never the price you pay. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, and you can also follow your order from your customer account. If your parcel has not arrived within the quoted window, please contact us so we can open an enquiry with the courier on your behalf.
