Returns & Refunds

At Snow Dental we want every rider to be completely happy with their gear. You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Skis, snowboards, boots and bindings must be unmounted and free from scuffs, scratches or wax residue, otherwise we may apply a restocking fee of up to 20%. Service inventory items such as wax, tuning kits, P-tex sticks and edge tools are returnable only if the seals remain intact. To start a return, please email office@snowdental.co.uk with your order number and a short description of the issue, and we will reply with a prepaid UK return label within two working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the goods reaching our warehouse in Kirkby-In-Ashfield. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are always refunded in full, including any return postage. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless required by UK consumer law.
